1. What material are your towels made of?

Our towels are made from 100% Turkish cotton and made in Turkey.

2. How should I care for my bath towel?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your towels, we recommend washing them in warm water with a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fibers. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! If you buy 2 or more towels, free shipping will be applied at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. However, if you are outside the US and want to buy, email contact@headsortailstowel.com and we will see what we can do.

5. What if I want to return my towel?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your towels, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Refunds Policy for more details.
